Building Social Skills in Teens
Teen Services offer the opportunity for youth ages 11 - 15 to participate in social group training and have fun in a safe environment with our Kids & Teens Night Out/Respite groups.
Social Skills Habilitative Intervention Group
Boise Kids Program offers a Social Skills Group tailored for your teen on the Autism Spectrum. Our trained staff will work with your teen on targeted social skills goals, which may address friendships, awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder and self regulation strategies.
Social Skills Groups help teens with autism spectrum disorder develop social skills needed to make friends, manage difficulties and gain a better understanding of how ASD affects them.
Groups meet once a week for 2 hours. Teens from other agencies are welcome to participate!
PAYMENT: Group Habilitative Intervention hours (use Children's Developmental Disabilities budget) and Private Pay are accepted.
