Supported Living
Independent Living with the Freedom of Choice
At Community Partnerships we help make dreams of independence come true. Our Supported Living program assists adults with developmental disabilities in developing and maintaining independent living skills in their own homes. Each individual has the choice of where to live, who to live with, where to work and how to spend their time.
Our Supported Living staff offer services within an individual’s home that are tailored to individual needs, while emphasizing increased independence and participation in the community. Staff provide a high level of on-going personal care and safety assistance so that individuals can live in their own homes and direct their own lives. Staff encourage independence in tasks for which the individual has the skill and/or ability. Individuals are supported in living arrangements which are typical of those in which persons without disabilities reside.
Community Partnerships of Idaho offers hourly and twenty-four hour service to support the needs of each person.
Supported Living Services are a Medicaid reimbursed program.
