Assisting Self Direction Families Achieve Goals

self direction
CPI's trained staff work with you to accomplish your goals

Community Partnerships of Idaho works alongside individuals and families that have chosen self direction for their services and supports. All of our adult programs are available to anyone who wants to work with our trained staff to accomplish goals.

Idaho’s self direction program is an option under the Developmental Disabilities Waiver. This program gives you more choices and control over the Medicaid funds used to pay for your services and supports. You get to choose the services and supports that fit your needs, and decide when and where you get services and supports, and hire the people you want to help you.

Available at these locations:

  • Boise Adult Services
  • Emmett Adult Services
  • Fruitland
  • Mountain Home
  • Nampa Adult Services
  • Twin Falls
