Finding Community Resources

At RISE Idaho, we realize that people sometimes struggle with finding and coordinating the community resources they need. They often require assistance in understanding the various supports and options that are available to them as well as help in navigating the process of obtaining those supports.

Our team of professional Case Managers works with individuals and families to help them identify and obtain community resources that will increase their individual stability and overall wellness. We empower individuals to find the community support they require to ensure their basic needs can be met. Services may include legal assistance, food assistance, and assistance with housing.

To schedule an appointment or to get more information, please contact the Behavioral Health Department in your area and request an intake for services. Call the Boise office at (208) 405-0640 or the Mountain Home office at (208) 329-8135.
