MAKE THE MOST OF MEETINGS

Research suggests that executives & company leaders are spending half their work week in meetings (HBR, Aug. 2017). With limited resources & time in a fast-paced market, utilizing meeting time optimally is an important skill for leaders in a variety of industries.

This training is designed for leaders who find themselves facilitating work groups, project teams or other groups of diverse interests… or want to. Through this half-day workshop, Paul Dziedzic will help participants learn, in live-action, what steps they can take before, during & after a meeting to engage a more purposeful approach to facilitation. He will also help them consider how this may apply to meetings where they are the leader of a team, like staff meetings.

This workshop is offered once in the morning (8:30 am to 12:00 pm) and once in the afternoon (1:00 pm to 4:30 pm).
