Whether finding a job, building relationships, accessing the community, or learning to become more independent, we are dedicated to helping our participants be successful and achieve their goals.
Community Partnerships of Idaho began in 1995 as a dream of a few friends who wanted to make a difference in the lives of children, teens and adults with disabilities. They were committed to the mission of “creating opportunities for people to learn and achieve their goals.”
At Community Partnerships of Idaho, our values of Personal Dignity, Integrity, Innovation and Relationships act as the guide to how we treat all individuals.
Personal Dignity– We believe the participant comes first. We believe in preserving the personal dignity of all people, giving our participants the tools they need to be successful, and ultimately allowing them to decide their own treatment goals and services in an effort to ensure individual customization of services offered.
Integrity– We believe that integrity is the essential component of good treatment and services, happy employees and a healthy business. We believe in authenticity, openness and honesty, particularly with our participants and our employees.
Relationships-We believe that relationships are the driving force behind change and the core from where personal growth happens. We strive to build authentic relationships with our participants and our employees, and see the value in building a strong relationship with the communities we serve.
Innovation-Community Partnerships of Idaho is always striving to think outside of the box when it comes to providing quality services for our participants. We encourage dialogues with our employees and value the voice of our participants in considering new options for the delivery of our services.
